By choosing to have a Covered Repair completed by one of the shops in our network, either working directly with the shop or through a Service Center, you receive a limited lifetime guarantee of the repair ("Guarantee") for as long as you own or lease your vehicle. A Covered Repair is one that's based on Progressive's authorized estimate and completed at a facility in our network that we authorize to do the work.
What this Guarantee covers:
We don't cover normal wear and tear or damage caused by improper maintenance, neglect, abuse, subsequent accident, or original manufacturer defect. Our Guarantee doesn't apply to any work on the Covered Repair performed by anyone other than a shop in Progressive's network. And, any work on the Covered Repair by anyone other than a shop in our network will void the Guarantee.
How long this Guarantee lasts:
You benefit from the Guarantee for as long as you own or lease your vehicle; but the Guarantee isn't transferable, and we terminate it if you sell or transfer your vehicle.

To get service under this guarantee, just call 1-800-274-4641. To report a claim or get service on an existing claim, call 1-800-PROGRESSIVE.
This Guarantee is Progressive's exclusive obligation with respect to the Covered Repair. Progressive disclaims all express and implied warranties.
This Guarantee is limited to the correction of any Covered Repair that fails to meet Generally Accepted Industry Standards. Accordingly, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages that result from the Covered Repair.
Some states may not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so these limitations and exclusions may not apply to you.
