Keeping your information secure

How does "Save ID" work?

If you check the "Save ID" box, we will save your user ID in a small text file, called a "cookie," on the computer you are currently using. That means you won't have to enter your user ID each time that you visit from that computer. You will only need to enter your password. You must have your browser set to accept "cookies" from this domain for this to work.

Important safety information

Once saved, your user ID will be available to anyone that uses the computer you are currently using, and you are responsible for actions taken as a result of unauthorized access to your policy. Please do not save your user ID on a public computer that others will have access to such as at work or in a library. See our Terms & Conditions for more information.

What if I no longer want to save my user ID?

If you no longer want to save your user ID, uncheck the "Save ID" box, login to your policy again, then log out.
