Progressive Direct "Get A Quote, Get 500 Miles" Program

How to Enter: The Progressive Direct "Get A Quote, Get 500 Miles" Program (the "Program") is sponsored by Progressive Direct Insurance Company ("Sponsor"). The Program begins on May 1, 2006. Sponsor reserves the right to end the Program at any time. Participants must first complete a quote for private passenger automobile insurance during the Program online at www.progressive.com/alaskamiles. Participants will be given a quote number. Participants must then provide the following information in order to be eligible for a Mileage Award:

  • Name
  • E-mail address
  • Quote number
  • Alaska or Washington mailing address
  • Alaska Airlines Mileage Plan number

There is no limit to the number of quotes per participant; however, there is a limit of one Mileage Award per participant. Participants must have a valid Alaska or Washington mailing address in order to receive a Mileage Award. The e-mail address may be used for identity verification, notification of Mileage Award recipients, post-Program surveys, or Sponsor's marketing purposes.

Note: You do not have to purchase insurance to enter the Program or receive Mileage Plan miles.

Eligibility: The Program is open to all Alaska and Washington residents who are eighteen (18) years of age or older as of the first day of the Program and are members of the Alaska Airlines Mileage Plan. Employees of Sponsor, and the immediate family members of such employees, are not eligible to participate in the Program.

Mileage Awards: All eligible participants who complete a quote and provide the applicable information in accordance with Section 1 above shall each receive a Mileage Award of Five Hundred (500) frequent flyer miles from Alaska Airlines. Approximate value is $8.50. Taxes, if any, are the responsibility of the recipient.

Notification: Upon an eligible participant's completion of a quote in accordance with Section 1 above, Sponsor shall notify Alaska Airlines to credit the participant's account for the Mileage Award. The Mileage Award will be credited to the participant's Alaska Airlines Mileage Plan account within 6-8 weeks. If a recipient declines the Mileage Award, is found to be ineligible, or cannot or does not comply with these Terms and Conditions, that person will be disqualified.

General Conditions: All federal, state and local laws apply. Void where prohibited. By participating, Participants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and the decisions of Sponsor and waive any right to claim ambiguity in the Program or these Terms and Conditions. Participants agree that Sponsor and its respective officers, directors, employees, representatives, and agents shall not be responsible and will have no liability whatsoever for losses or injuries of any kind resulting from participation in this Program including, but not limited to: any injury or damage to person or property while attending any function which is part of or related to any Mileage Award; the acceptance/possession and/or use/misuse of any Mileage Award; any injury or damage to participant's or third person's property related to or resulting from any part of the Program; or any technical malfunctions of, or non-authorized human intervention ("hacking") into, the entry system including computer online system, computer dating mechanism, software, or any combination thereof. Sponsor shall not give a Mileage Award for incomplete quotes or quotes not in compliance with these Terms and Conditions. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, suspend, or amend this Program for any reason including but not limited to a virus, bugs, non-authorized human intervention or other cause beyond the control of Sponsor, which corrupt or impair the administration, security, fairness, or proper play of the Program.

Fraud: Any Person attempting to defraud or in any way tamper with or undermine the legitimate operation of the Program will be ineligible for a Mileage Award and may be prosecuted to the full extent of the law. Sponsor reserves the right to seek remedies and damages (including attorney’s fees) for any such person.
