Customer Service Processors

Processors review system-generated reports and answer various types of customer correspondence from agents and policyholders. They process a heavy volume of transactions for insurance policies using a personal computer. They also occasionally call agents and policyholders to verify and obtain missing information.

A successful processor is self-motivated and results-oriented; possesses strong math, oral and written communication skills; and has proven ability in problem solving and troubleshooting.

Processors receive six weeks of training.

Requirements

  • One year of customer service experience
  • Demonstrated proficiency with computers/software
  • Ability to perform multiple tasks in a complex, detail-oriented environment
