Customer Service Representatives

Customer service representatives are available 24/7 to service current policyholders and independent insurance agents. They answer questions, solve complex underwriting problems and interpret insurance guidelines accurately over the telephone.

Customer service representatives are self-motivated individuals with excellent problem-solving and computer skills, and they have the ability to handle multiple responsibilities.

Customer service representatives receive eight weeks of insurance training to prepare them for effective job performance. They also receive additional on-the-job training.

Requirements

  • One year of customer service experience in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment
  • Demonstrated computer proficiency with the ability to maneuver and navigate between screens and programs
  • Excellent verbal, written and listening skills
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Demonstrated problem-solving/decision-making ability
