Our Diversity Councils and Employee Resource Groups are made up of employees from all areas of the business, and all kinds of roles. These groups lead and promote diversity and inclusion initiatives within the company.
Senior Diversity Council—The Senior Diversity Council serves as our governing body and is responsible for defining our overall strategy for diversity and inclusion. With full support from CEO Glenn Renwick and his Executive Team, senior leaders from Human Resources, Recruiting and, Employee Experience, and the chair of each Business Area Diversity council lead this group.
Business Area Diversity Councils—The five Business Area Diversity Councils represent each major business area at Progressive. Their primary responsibility is to act as leaders, liaisons, and implementers of corporate diversity and inclusion initiatives, as well as specific business-area activities.
