Employee Referral Program

More than a quarter of our hires come from employee referrals — friends or family. Through our Employee Referral Program, Progressive employees get a cash reward when their referral is hired. Please make sure you and the person referring you follow these steps to ensure a successful referral.

1. Your Progressive contact refers you online and provides information like your name, email address, details around how you know each other and why you'd be a great fit for Progressive.
2. You get an email invitation with instructions for creating your candidate profile. Please make sure you wait for your email before creating a candidate profile; this is the only way to complete your referral.
3. Once you create your candidate profile, you can review our job openings and apply for one.
4. A Recruiting representative will contact you within 10 days to share your status and other details about your application.

Please note: If you already have a candidate profile in our system, your Progressive contact will not be able to formally refer you.
