“In 2010, we identified an opportunity to offer agents a new learning tool on our agency-dedicated website, ForAgentsOnly.com, that would be chock full of value and as easy to use as our quoting and policy service applications,” says Paul.
After a year and a half of work, on January 1, 2012, the team launched a knowledge-on-demand website. Here, agents learn about our products and processes, sales skills, online marketing, local search strategies and more.
“The highlight is access to hundreds of continuing education courses through RegEd, the industry’s leading vendor for online learning,” says Paul. “In fact, we offer each agency employee two free courses a year, and the opportunity to buy more courses at a deep discount. Some other carriers offer free courses, but we’re the only one that offers such a choice.”
Continues Paul, “We regularly update information about courses and other topics that are important to agents. We want them to view this site as a reliable resource.”The site gives our agents—our partners—a fast, easy and cost-effective way to gain skills and knowledge they can use to grow.
