Just like every year since 1988, in 2009 we were there for those of you in areas hit by severe weather, settling catastrophe-related claims across the country.

Our National Catastrophe Response Team (NCRT) members, part of our Claims organization, live all over the country, traveling wherever you need them after severe weather strikes. Team Leader Scott Snapp gives you a glimpse into the team’s jobs.
