I find it personally rewarding to reflect on our past year’s accomplishments and identify ongoing opportunities. This report is a way to see how a multitude of discrete daily activities, when viewed and evaluated together, are making a big difference.

To us, being socially responsible is akin to living our Core Values.  They’re designed to be imbedded in everything we do.  Our behavior, actions and outcomes are guided by our Core Values as are our efforts to protect the environment, provide for others in our communities, and perform in responsible ways.

Basically, we just try to do the right thing—for our customers, our agents, our employees, our investors, and our business.

It sounds simple, but it isn’t always easy to do. Yet, it’s how we’ve tried to run our business since we started in 1937.  

And we want to continue to join our communities, business partners, and customers in moving ever forward. Together, we are Progressive.
