Here are some tips to help you get started:

  • Find the right job for you: Before you apply, explore our teams to find the area and role that interests you.
  • Carefully read job descriptions: For the role you’re considering, pay particular attention to the “must-have qualifications”—these are the requirements you need to meet to be eligible for the role. Also check the location to make sure you’re ok with the commute. If a schedule for training is included, make a note of that as well to ensure it fits for you.
  • Ensure your work experience aligns with the position’s preferred skills: Your resume should reflect the qualifications for the role you want. If you’ve got some or all of the preferred skills for the role, you should make sure your resume indicates that, too. You might even consider connecting with an employee who’s already in the role to get an even better understanding of what it entails and how your experience lines up with what’s expected.
