Communicating with us
With so many of our interactions happening online, we want to give you a few tips to keep in mind while connecting with our team.
- We'll never ask for confidential info (like your Social Security number or birthdate) up front. When we begin a background check, we'll only ask you to type those details into your application.
- We'll also never ask for money throughout any part of our process—from application to onboarding (if you're hired).
- We don't make job offers through social media. We'll connect with you directly to have that conversation and follow-up with documentation.
- If you're concerned that an email, job posting, or other form of communication is not from our team, please reach out to us here.
