Kick starting your Progressive accounting career is a two-stage process. Start with an internship, then transition into our Accounting Rotational Program (ARP).
- Stage 1: The internship—Get hands-on experience as an intern in one of our business units or corporate departments. You'll enjoy the added support of an assigned mentor—an experienced Accounting team member who'll help you navigate the ins-and-outs of working at Progressive.
Summer and winter internships are available at our corporate headquarters in northeast Ohio. Plan to graduate within a year of completing the internship.
- Stage 2: The Accounting Rotational Program—Complete the internship, apply to ARP, and be among the first candidates we'll consider for a full-time position.
Through ARP, you'll work with senior team managers, enjoy the support and advice of a mentor, and take advantage of networking opportunities through the program.
A two-year ARP tour consists of four rotations, each lasting six months, in a variety of areas. You'll emerge a well-rounded accounting professional, ready to move forward to the next stage in your career.
