Jarrel:
I like helping people. I work with people who have been in a car accident. I start from the beginning, all the way till everything's been resolved. We do have to understand, you know, no one's happy that they got in an accident. Uh, we don't know what those folks have gone through throughout that whole day, so it's nice if you can just kind of ease them through the whole situation, calm their nerves a little bit.

Also, I like helping the teammates that I work with. We create a good, positive environment, always helping each other out with any issues, kind of brainstorming, see what we all can do.

That fun, that positive energy and whatnot, it's really important, and it makes the day a lot better, and uh, happy to come to work.

Hands down, they definitely provide you the tools that you need to try to make yourself better.

I was looking for that growth opportunity, uh, I was looking to develop myself as well as a leader and communication skills and dealing with people, whether it's co-workers or customers that I'm dealing with, but also, one thing that was really huge for me was the company. I wanted to work for a company that I really did feel like was concerned about me.

Whether it's you working out, whether it's you being a part of the Spanish team or whether it's you running with a bunch of other people from Progressive, there's pretty much something for everybody.

You look around and you just don't see this at a normal company. They want you to be involved.

I had a voicemail from a gentleman who I had assisted from awhile back, and he called and said, "Hey, Jarrel, you know, I wanted to call and thank you for everything that you did. You know, I appreciate your help, and I appreciate your assistance," so it really, it made my day.
