Good times, good friends, two wheels …
Babes Ride Out is dedicated to connecting female riders and helping them find their space in this growing community. And oh how it is growing! The past decade alone has seen women rise to more than 14 percent of registered motorcyclists in the U.S. In its third year in 2015 the Babes Ride Out Joshua Tree weekend attracted 1,500 attendees from all over the country.
What can attendees expect?
Riders will enjoy incredible views from rugged rock formations to desert landscapes, and of course plenty of surreal looking Joshua trees. In addition to miles of open road to explore the 4th annual Babes Ride Out will feature live music from popular tribute band the Iron Maidens, and a unique photo exhibit in the Progressive Dark Room.
The Progressive Dark Room, is an ever-evolving photo exhibit curated by you! See your adventure and that of your fellow riders as it unfolds. Progressive will also be on site printing out your photos when you use the hashtag #ProgressiveMC. So join the conversation and tag your epic motorcycle photos as you travel down some of the most beautiful roads the country has to offer.
To celebrate women coming from all over the world to attend #babesrideout4, @progressivemc will be onsite printing all images (to BRO and during) that use the hashtag #ProgressiveMC so when you arrive you can see your adventure and thousands of others adventures on a huge photo wall. How amazing is that? #progressivemc
Can’t miss experiences
To further fuel and bring together the women’s motorcycle community, Progressive will be sponsoring a series of rides led by Joy Lewis, a vintage racer and Scrambler fan. Joy will take attendees on a tour through the beautiful roads of Joshua Tree National Park. Attendees are encouraged to meet at the entrance of the Campground on Friday and Saturday morning at 9:00 AM to participate in the rides led by Joy.
