How do I access Photo Estimate on the Progressive App?

Where do I find my invitation code?
A representative will text you an invitation code after determining Photo Estimate is right for you. Standard data rates may apply.
What if I received an error message stating that the information entered does not match your records?

Do I have to repair after I receive my estimate?
The decision to repair is yours—and it’s OK to not repair. If you don’t get repairs, we’ll simply write you a check for what it would have cost to repair (minus your deductible, if applicable). If you don’t own your vehicle—check with your lienholder or leasing company before making a decision. In order to protect their interest, they may require that you repair.
