Recently, we responded to a tweet wondering whether a Progressive policy rate would go down if it’s renewed. Like many other budget-conscious shoppers, the person who tweeted had compared rates at renewal time to make sure he was still getting a good deal. So what happens if you find a lower rate elsewhere?
