I’ve been with progressive for 8-10 years now. I just renewed my policy with customer service representative, Tony. He was so so patient, answered all of my questions and made sure I got the absolute best price and policy possible. He made it very apparent that my needs came before the business.

Would like to un-enroll from snapshot, or have better running software.. ( it attempts to say im driving while walking through my house, or even when phone is on charge)

We like the website, the customer service. We wish we were told there would be an inspection of the house from the outside. Our previous insurance company didn't do that.

I was very satisfied with my transition to Progressive Insurance. The process is very easy and they notify you as it is completed. We received our new cards very quickly. I would definitely recommend them and they also saved us considerable amount of savings.
