I guess Progressive is OK as long as you don't raise your premiums each at each renewal like most of the other compnies do.

I’ve had Progressive before this new policy. It’s a better rate than any other policy I looked at. However, they did not cancel my policy with my other provider, when I was told they would, leading to us owing them money.
