I chose this insurance because as I was inquiring around it was the only one that had an actual person called me back. They were also extremely helpful.

Would highly recommend Progressive and would suggest to review rates for older vehicles in lowering the rates, since the cost would be less on the value side. I do not have any wrecks and feel the rates could be a little reduced.

my agent Steve Shryock was very atuned to my needs and assured me he would put together the best product for my insurance needs. He was there to answer my questions and was patient and polite,Thankyou Steve! I introduced my grandson and he put together a new and better policy for him,Thats service and caring.
