Love the rate. Very smooth transition. Only concern is the driving app, has me as primary instead of my wife and is tracking me even in my work vehicle.

I wish I had changed sooner to Progressive. Not only is the cost almost half of what I was paying before, but the customer service department is the best I’ve ever dealt with for any reason. Very clear easy to follow website for setting up your insurance and when I called with questions the customer service team was like chatting with a very knowledgeable friend. Super happy I switched.
