If you want to rent a car, we even have those on site. You're on your way in about 15 minutes. We take care of your claim from start to finish — and we guarantee the repairs for as long as you own or lease your car.
Fast, Accurate Estimates
Often, people shop around for repair estimates to get the best deal. This takes time and can delay the start of repairs. If you choose to use our concierge service, we save you time by preparing an estimate for you and contacting an auto body shop that has met strict quality requirements. We reach an agreement with the shop on the cost of the repairs; the shop then transports the vehicle from the Service Center to its facility, and the repair process begins. We keep you up to date on the repair status, and you can check up on your claim any time by calling us or visiting the Manage Your Policy section of the Web site.
Picking Up Your Car Is as Easy as Dropping It Off
When the work is finished, the vehicle is returned to the Service Center where we inspect the repairs with the shop. When we're satisfied with the repair quality, we call you to schedule a convenient pick up time. Just come back to the Service Center and inspect your car. A representative will be at your side to answer any questions. It's that simple — show up, return your rental car if you have one, and drive your car away.
