Uploading a few photos and/or videos to the Progressive app is a quick and easy way to share your vehicle’s damage with your Progressive representative. Once we receive your submission, our team will assess the damage and get back to you with next steps.

Download the Progressive app if you don't already have it. Open the app and select Claims Center. Simply select 'Provide Claim Photos and Files'. If asked, enter your invitation code to launch the Guided Photo process.
The app* walks you through taking vehicle damage photos and/or video. You’ll have the option to add notes telling us more about the damage and share any existing photos on your device, including:

Remember, if you receive your estimate, the decision to repair is yours—and it's OK not to repair your vehicle. If you finance or lease your car though, your lender may require you to get the repairs. If you decide to repair your vehicle, you can choose any repair shop you'd like. However, by using a shop within our approved Progressive Network, we'll guarantee your repairs for as long as you own or lease your vehicle. Just call your claims rep to start the process.
