How to access Progressive's Guided Photo
Whether you file your car insurance claim online, over the phone, or through our mobile app, we'll provide you an invitation code to import photos into our system.
Remember, if you receive your estimate, the decision to repair is yours—and it's OK not to repair your vehicle. If you finance or lease your car though, your lender may require you to get the repairs. If you decide to repair your vehicle, you can choose any repair shop you'd like. However, by using a shop within our approved Progressive Network, we'll guarantee your repairs for as long as you own or lease your vehicle. Just call your claims rep to start the process.

Where do I find my invitation code?
How you filed your claim will determine where you can find your invitation code. If you filed your claim with a rep over the phone or online, you'll recieve a text message* with your invitation code. If you filed your claim through the mobile app, a rep will contact you and then send you a text message with your invitation code. If you filed your claim through the mobile app, you'll immediately be prompted to start the process.
What if I received an error message stating that the information entered doesn't match your records?

What happens to the photos and videos I upload through the mobile app?
The photos and videos uploaded through the mobile app will be sent to our claims department for review to determine next steps. They won't be saved to your phone's library, but you'll be able to retrieve them later if you want to keep them for your records.
