AZ Magazine named us one of the Top 25 Workplaces for Women in Arizona. The magazine chose companies based on factors like the percentage of women in leadership, company commitment to develop women and provide career advancement opportunities, and creating a family-friendly work environment. Progressive stood out for our efforts to raise company awareness about the issues women face during their careers through our Network of Empowered Women (NEW) Employee Resource Group. IABC Cleveland Spotlight Company

Our commitment to delivering clear communications to our customers and co-workers has earned us a Company Spotlight Award from the International Association of Business Communicators (IABC) Cleveland chapter. The annual award honors companies in Northeast Ohio who consistently deliver quality communications, create effective channels to connect with their audiences, and demonstrate commitment to the highest ethical and professional standards.

Brand Innovators Award

Innovators challenge the norm. Take risks and test limits. It's this kind of innovative thinking that earned us a Brand Innovators Award in the Mobile category from Brand Innovators LLC, a diverse group of brand marketers who organize nationwide conferences on new media and innovative marketing tactics. The award recognized our mobile app and its advanced image capture feature -- smartphone users can simply scan their car's VIN or driver's license to pre-fill a Progressive quote with their basic information in seconds.

Tampa Bay Times "Top Workplaces"

We made The Tampa Bay Times "Top Workplaces" list again. Through online surveys, more than 800 employees shared their thoughts on our leadership, workplace flexibility and culture. One hundred thirty-two companies participated in the program, and The Tampa Bay Times awarded just 15 in the large company category based on employee opinions.
