I had been with AAA for 40 years in Ca. I contacted them in Tucson and they gave me a rate that was twice what I was paying in CA. I said how can that be I’ve never had an accident. So I Walked out told my friend what happened she gave me the number for her progressive insurance agent they were great same coverage half the price

Progressive customer service is very knowledgeable about what my needs were. They’re also very knowledgeable about the fees that go up or go down but again I feel as though the family already has vehicle insurance health insurance what’s the need of putting them on my insurance and making my shorts rise especially if they don’t drive my vehicle. Thank you.

Insurance companies should understand the best costumer is one that is a repeat costumer. I work hard for my money, either my Insurance company values me or they dont... I don't feel valued.
