I trust Progressive, but unsure about the details of my policy

This survey is useless. I have not had any interaction with yall at all. So how would i know if im satisfied and i dont know if i can trust you or not. I am not comfortable with computers, so i had to ask someone to print out my car policy so i could see what i had.

I've always loved how easy it is to start a new policy the same day. I really like the new payment set up as well.

The questions were all asked too soon as we just switched to progressive and haven’t delt with a claim process yet.
