Like I mentioned on the previous page. I think the software was intuitive to be able to sign on my car as a new client. I appreciated the different options and I thought the pricing is competitive.

My rep had zero experience, it's hard to know who to blame it on, management or the actual person, sounded like this person had just started doing insurance and was left to do it, luckily I knew what I was looking for, this person got it done still, so props and hope they have gotten better
