Assume that progressive wants to work with us and help us keep up-to-date on all the important things regarding our insurance

I’m somewhat satisfied however it’s expensive for me.

This survey is useless. I have not had any interaction with yall at all. So how would i know if im satisfied and i dont know if i can trust you or not. I am not comfortable with computers, so i had to ask someone to print out my car policy so i could see what i had.

Progressive save me a lots of money on my premium a month. Very quality service.

I do miss talking to a live person. I’m glad that I go through my insurance broker because I can talk directly to her. I prefer humans instead of technology but overall I think progressive is a good insurance.

Pulled through for us when no one else did.
