Reporting Violations

Progressive is committed to providing our Claims vendors an open and honest relationship. If you ever encounter a Progressive Claims employee violating our Code of Business Conduct and Ethics, as outlined above, we encourage you to contact us. We will look into the matter and take the appropriate actions.

Progressive is aware that at times fear of reprisal, real or perceived, may deter people from reporting behavior they believe may be criminal or not consistent with Progressive's Code of Business Conduct and Ethics. To eliminate any such fear or deterrent, a company hotline, known as the Alertline (1-800-683-3604), has been created to receive reports of inappropriate behavior. The Alertline is available 24 hours a day and is answered by an independent firm. Callers to the Alertline may remain anonymous if they choose and all calls are confidential.
