Just snap and go — it's that easy
With Photo Estimate,* you have the option to get your estimate without needing an inspection appointment. Instead, you can take and submit photos and video of your damage after you file your claim.
How to access Photo Estimate
Whether you file your claim online, on the phone, or through the mobile app, we'll use your claim information to determine if you're eligible for Photo Estimate. Usually, a claims rep will send you a text message with an invitation code for the tool. If you file your claim through the app, you might receive your code directly in the app.
The decision to repair is yours—and it's OK to not repair your vehicle. If you finance or lease your car, your lender may require you to get the repairs. If you decide to repair your vehicle, you can choose a shop in our approved Progressive Network or any other shop you'd like. At our approved network of shops, we'll guarantee your repairs for as long as you own or lease your vehicle. Just call your claims rep to start the process.

What happens to the photos and videos I upload through the mobile app?
The photos and videos uploaded through the mobile app will be sent to our claims department for review to create your estimate. They won't be saved to your phone's library, but you'll be able to retrieve them at a later time if you want to keep them for your records.
